What you will do
- Provide customer-facing technical support for robotics solutions across the LATAM region.
- Partner with sales teams, distributors, and integrators to identify automation opportunities.
- Validate technical solutions and support the implementation process.
- Deliver post-sales service for Universal Robots and Mobile Industrial Robots portfolios.
- Perform service diagnostics and warranty-related technical assessments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Robotics, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in robotics, industrial automation, or system integration.
- Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot robotic or automation applications.
- English proficiency is required.
- Ability to travel extensively across LATAM (60–80% of the time).
- Must be based in Mexico; this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or relocation assistance.
Nice to have
- Experience with collaborative robots (cobots) or autonomous mobile robots (AMRs).
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols, sensors, vision systems, or PLC integration.
- Experience conducting technical workshops, demos, or training sessions.
