What you will do

• Provide design support for New Product Introduction (NPI), utilizing Creo for modeling and detailing to release new part numbers.
• Perform root cause analysis for continuous product improvement (CPI) projects and built-in quality (BIQ) issues.
• Lead Concurrent Product and Process Development (CPPD) meetings between designers and the cabs facility.
• Collaborate on the analysis and resolution of All Quality Events (AQEs) reported by assembly facilities.
• Review deviations and provide direct engineering feedback through shop floor visits.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Must be based in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León, Mexico.
• Proficiency in Creo modeling and detailing.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge in manufacturing engineering.
• Knowledge of welding processes.
• High emotional intelligence.
