What you will do

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with engineering, business streams, and market operations.
• Identify and solve complex technical manufacturing issues by implementing improved working methods.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact between production and engineering teams.
• Develop and coach production personnel on technical aspects related to hirify.global modules.
• Support and actively participate in World Class Manufacturing (WCM) activities.
• Interpret and communicate technical documentation and component manuals to production operators.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Automation, or related fields).
• 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment focused on continuous improvement activities.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong technical knowledge of processing equipment and manufacturing methodologies.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Must have legal authorization to work in Mexico.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of PLC programming.
