What you will do

• Develop and maintain board-level hardware designs and PCB layouts.
• Create and review schematics using Cadence tools.
• Support component selection, BOM management, and engineering documentation.
• Perform design analysis, simulations, and Design Rule Checks (DRC).
• Collaborate with manufacturing partners to ensure DFM, DFA, and DFT compliance.
• Assist in board bring-up, debugging, and validation activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–6 years of experience in hardware design, PCB layout, or CAD engineering.
• Proficiency with Cadence Allegro and OrCAD design tools.
• Understanding of analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuit fundamentals.
• Knowledge of PCB design processes, fabrication, and assembly.
• Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional engineering environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with high-speed interfaces like DDR, PCIe, and Ethernet.
• Exposure to Signal Integrity (SI), Power Integrity (PI), and EMC concepts.
• Familiarity with PLM systems and engineering change management.
• Experience with NXP processors and microcontrollers.
