What you will do

• Monitor and support the efficient functioning of computer hardware and systems.
• Manage shipping, receiving, inventory tracking, and asset management of IT equipment.
• Assign systems and maintain detailed hardware and equipment records.
• Provide basic troubleshooting and escalation support for system-related issues.
• Maintain operational records, recording logs, and technical documentation.
• Support security access processes and user setup activities.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in IT support, computer operations, or inventory coordination.
• General knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and peripheral equipment.
• Familiarity with inventory systems and asset tracking.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

• Experience in retail or customer service-oriented roles.
