TL;DR
Associate Computer Operator (IT Operations): Supporting computer hardware, systems, inventory, and day-to-day IT operations in a fully onsite environment with an accent on asset tracking, documentation, and basic technical support. Location: Fully onsite in Raleigh, North Carolina (Wake County)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

What you will do
- Monitor and support the efficient functioning of computer hardware and systems.
- Manage shipping, receiving, inventory tracking, equipment assignments, and IT asset records.
- Provide basic troubleshooting and escalate hardware and system-related issues.
- Maintain operational logs, documentation, and equipment records.
- Support security access processes, user setup, equipment maintenance, and replacements.
- Manage daily operational responsibilities independently in a customer-oriented environment.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in IT support, computer operations, inventory coordination, or related technical support.
- General knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and peripheral equipment.
- Familiarity with inventory systems, asset tracking, troubleshooting, and technical support.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, multitasking, reliability, and accountability.
Nice to have
- Retail or customer service experience.
- Housing industry experience.
- Experience with shipping and receiving processes.
