What you will do

• Own commercial growth across strategic accounts, focusing on increasing usage and expanding contracts.
• Partner with existing customers to drive activation, retention, and increase long-term account value.
• Lead customer discovery and translate AI/GenAI capabilities into clear business value and ROI.
• Help refine the enterprise GTM motion in close partnership with Product, Engineering, and Leadership.
• Structure pilots, proofs of concept, and renewals by translating usage signals into revenue opportunities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in GTM, account management, growth, or enterprise sales.
• Proven track record of growing customer contracts within SaaS, PLG, or AI-native companies.
• Experience with API-first or credit-based GenAI platforms strongly preferred.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Ability to communicate complex AI products to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in the United States.
