Senior Revenue Operations Manager (GTM): Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing leaders to build scalable AI-powered systems and workflows with an accent on funnel optimization, tech stack management, and data infrastructure. Location: Remote exclusively for candidates based in the United States or Canada in Eastern or Central Timezones. Applications from other locations will not be considered.
Base Salary $147.8K – $174K • Offers Equity

What you will do
- Diagnose funnel performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend actions to improve velocity, conversion, and forecast predictability
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance efficiency, scalability, and operational rigor across the revenue engine
- Define and execute AI transformation strategy for GTM, including prospecting, insights, and Customer Success workflows
- Own and evolve GTM tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Outreach, Gong) with AI-first automations
- Improve data quality via audits, enrichment, and governance; optimize enrichment engine and data infrastructure
- Support deal desk, onboarding, and day-to-day GTM execution
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States or Canada in Eastern or Central Timezones
- 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Operations, or GTM Engineering
- Proven track record managing modern GTM tech stack including CRM, sequencing, enrichment, and analytics
- Experience redesigning processes and leading cross-functional operational transformations
- Success piloting and scaling AI and automation in business operations
- Strong understanding of end-to-end GTM workflows across Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Solutions Architecture
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and ability to structure ambiguity
