TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (AI Infrastructure): Managing a portfolio of enterprise customers to ensure successful adoption and scaling of open superintelligence infrastructure with an accent on technical partnership and revenue expansion. Focus on optimizing GPU cluster performance, capacity planning, and bridging the gap between customer ML teams and internal engineering.

Location: Flexible: Remote or San Francisco. Visa sponsorship and relocation support available.

Salary: $160,000 – $200,000 + equity

hirify.global is building the open superintelligence stack, aggregating global compute and providing an RL post-training stack for frontier-scale AI.

What you will do

  • Manage enterprise customer portfolios end-to-end, focusing on adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • Act as a technical partner for ML infrastructure teams to optimize cluster performance and capacity planning.
  • Translate customer feedback into prioritized product and engineering requirements.
  • Identify growth opportunities and partner with Sales on renewals and capacity expansion.
  • Serve as the primary operational contact for usage, SLAs, and incident communications.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in CS, TAM, or Solutions Engineering at cloud, AI, or ML infrastructure companies.
  • Strong technical fluency in infrastructure architecture and ability to analyze performance dashboards.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to drive revenue growth and expansion.
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining complex technical issues to various stakeholders.
  • Must be comfortable with high speed and ambiguity in an AI-native environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience at hyperscalers (AWS, GCP, Azure) or specialized cloud providers.
  • Knowledge of GPU economics and compute consumption patterns.
  • Familiarity with usage-based pricing and consumption-based contracts.
  • Experience as an early Customer Success hire in a high-growth startup.
