Focus on leading technical evaluations, collaborating with Sales Engineers, and integrating GenAI and agentic development tools into enterprise workflows.

Location: Must be currently based in London

Salary: £90K – £122K base + commission and equity

What you will do

  • Build and close a pipeline of enterprise accounts within large engineering organizations.
  • Generate qualified opportunities via outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
  • Conduct compelling demos to communicate the value of hirify.global's platform.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers to deliver thorough technical evaluations.
  • Partner with technical stakeholders and decision-makers to close complex deals.
  • Travel up to 15% to support customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Currently based in London.
  • 5+ years in software sales with a strong prospecting background (Developer tools, DevSecOps, or CNCF technologies).
  • 3+ years of experience selling into Fortune 500 companies.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Deep understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and platform engineering.
  • Experience with GenAI and agentic development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, Copilot).

Nice to have

  • Technical background or experience with open-source software.
  • Strong curiosity about emerging AI workflows and developer tools.
