Location: Hybrid (Must be based in or near Orange County, Denver, or San Francisco)
Salary: $150,000 – $180,000 (Base + Variable)

What you will do
- Lead structured onboarding for enterprise customers to accelerate time-to-value for AI Agent products.
- Drive ongoing product adoption by identifying underutilized features and leading optimization initiatives.
- Develop strategic relationships and create customer playbooks mapping AI capabilities to high-impact business use cases.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to translate customer feedback into actionable product insights.
- Act as a strategic advisor to C-suite and senior executive stakeholders to ensure long-term value.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success Management, Account Management, or Solutions Consulting.
- Familiarity with AI products, including agents and LLMs, and their real-world applications.
- Experience designing customer programs, playbooks, or onboarding processes from the ground up.
- Proficiency with analytical tools such as Excel or Google Sheets.
- Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Orange County, Denver, or San Francisco.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, or HR analytics within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Deep understanding of compensation elements (base, incentives, equity) and HR systems.
- Proven track record of influencing product roadmaps via customer feedback.
- Experience working directly with C-suite and senior executive stakeholders.
