Location: Remote (United States only, excluding DE, NV, OH, OR, HI, NM, WV)
Salary: $155,000–$210,000

What you will do
- Partner with leaders in GTM, Customer Support, and Finance to develop proactive people strategies and organizational design.
- Manage end-to-end employee relations, including performance improvement, complex investigations, and compliance.
- Design and implement scalable performance management infrastructure and job leveling frameworks.
- Build a listening ecosystem to translate engagement data into actionable insights and team health improvements.
- Coach managers on leadership development and facilitate high-stakes conversations across all levels of the organization.
- Use data and AI-powered tools to identify talent trends, surface risks, and shape long-term people strategy.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in People Partner or HRBP roles, including strategic advisory for senior leaders.
- Strong working knowledge of U.S. employment law.
- Proven ability to design and execute scalable people programs and frameworks.
- Experience supporting commercial, GTM, or customer-facing organizations.
- Hands-on approach to both strategic planning and practical execution.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and influence without authority.
