🌍 HR Business Partner (IT / Product Company) - Remote
We are an international group of companies operating across multiple markets.
As part of the group, our IT unit plays a key role in building and supporting internal and customer-facing solutions.
We are looking for a hands-on HR Business Partner to support the IT unit - partnering closely with managers and teams while taking ownership of day-to-day HR operations and process improvement

💼 Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with team leads and managers, providing practical HR support in day-to-day operations
- Own and execute core HR processes: onboarding, probation follow-ups, performance reviews, and offboarding
- Identify gaps in current HR practices and personally drive improvements (not just propose them)
- Support hiring processes together with Talent Acquisition (interviews, coordination, candidate experience)
- Act as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related topics in a remote environment
- Monitor employee engagement, retention, and team health; proactively address risks
- Collect and analyze HR data (eNPS, turnover, time-to-hire) and implement improvements based on insights
- Manage HR budgeting for the Unit, including planning, tracking, and controlling personnel-related costs
- Monitor and optimize HR-related spending (compensation, benefits, tools, initiatives) to ensure efficiency and alignment with business goals
- Coach managers on feedback, performance issues, and team management
- Facilitate smooth adoption of new processes, tools, and organizational changes
- Support compensation review cycles and maintain internal consistency

🎯 What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in HR (HR Generalist or HRBP) within IT / product / tech environments
- Strong ability to combine operational execution with structured thinking
- Experience working with remote or distributed teams
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of a full HR scope
- Practical experience with HR processes (performance management, onboarding, employee relations)
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with managers and teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with HR data and metrics
- Advanced or confident user of Excel / Google Sheets (data analysis, reporting, tracking)
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Fluent Russian and English
