TL;DR
Enterprise Solution Architect (AI & Infrastructure): Designing and managing next-generation GPU Farm and AI Factory environments with an accent on high-performance AI compute stacks and data center operational excellence. Focus on architecting GPU-as-a-Service platforms, automating asset inventory, and ensuring rigorous security compliance.
Location: Hybrid (San Jose); must be based in or able to work onsite in San Jose (minimum 3 days per week).
Salary: $156,000 – $310,800 per year

What you will do
- Lead the architectural design of the GPU-as-a-Service platform for R&D, QA, and Sales teams.
- Develop and implement a centralized Data Center Asset Inventory system for real-time hardware visibility.
- Architect and manage Data Center infrastructure to ensure compliance with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 standards.
- Drive the creation of a comprehensive Hardware Lifecycle Management strategy from procurement to decommissioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide architectural guidance and oversight during project execution.
- Lead initiatives to address supply chain challenges and maintain project timelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Data Center projects within an enterprise environment.
- Deep knowledge of Cisco, Dell, HPE, Supermicro hardware, and NVIDIA GPU architectures (H100, B200).
- Proficiency with asset management and automation tools such as Netbox, ServiceNow, Terraform, and OpenTofu.
- Experience in Kubernetes and NVIDIA AI Enterprise stacks (GPU Operator, DCGM, Triton).
- Strong background in MLOps and capacity planning for complex data center environments.
