Salary: Base $130,000 - $152,950 / OTE $185,500 - $218,500 USD

What you will do

• Own the technical sales motion for mid-market and enterprise accounts across AMER.
• Lead discovery and solution design to connect platform capabilities to business priorities.
• Drive technical wins by defining success criteria, running POCs, and navigating competitive evaluations.
• Engage with engineering leaders and SRE organizations on observability best practices and AI-era workflows.
• Develop technical assets, reference architectures, and deliver high-impact workshops and demos.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of pre-sales or solution architecture experience in B2B SaaS with technical ICPs.
• Proven track record of winning complex, multi-stakeholder deals with technical buyers.
• Fluency in cloud environments, Kubernetes, distributed systems, and API-driven architectures.
• Solid working knowledge of observability, distributed tracing, and OpenTelemetry.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship or transfers available.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% for customer and internal engagements.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with MEDDPICC or Command of the Message frameworks.
