What you will do

• Serve as a technical advisor to US Government customers to assess current-state data platforms and define modernization roadmaps.
• Design and implement secure, scalable architectures using hirify.global Software solutions across data management, integration, search, and analytics.
• Lead hands-on delivery from proof-of-concept through production, including installation, configuration, and operational hardening.
• Build and optimize APIs and data pipelines to support mission applications using event-driven and streaming patterns.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, engineering, and product teams to translate mission needs into technical requirements.
• Support emerging AI-enabled use cases such as semantic search and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

Requirements

• US Citizenship and Active Top-Secret clearance with Full Scope or Counter-Intelligence Poly required.
• Must be located in the United States and reside in Hawaii to support on-site requirements.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience with NoSQL, Graph (RDF triple-stores), or relational databases.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Strong background in modern source code management, CI/CD tools, and Linux administration.

Nice to have

• Web development experience with React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Experience with BI tools like Qlik Sense, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Applied experience building and deploying ML/DL solutions and LLM-based applications.
• Familiarity with Kafka, NiFi, MuleSoft, or Boomi data integration technologies.
• Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban.
