Salary: $155,000–$190,000 plus variable compensation

What you will do

• Act as the primary technical advisor for enterprise prospects, mapping AI orchestration and agentic automation capabilities to business objectives.
• Lead technical discovery, solution design, and validation phases within the enterprise sales cycle using a consultative approach.
• Develop and deliver tailored product demonstrations and execute complex Proof of Concepts (POCs) on-site or remotely.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and post-sales teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and achievement of First Value.
• Provide market feedback and synthesize field trends to influence the product roadmap in collaboration with Product Management.
• Represent the platform at industry events, webinars, and through technical content such as blogs.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of pre-sales or solutions architecture experience in a SaaS organization.
• Hands-on expertise with iPaaS, enterprise integration, and automation technologies.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with Fortune 1000 customers.
• Proficiency in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and enterprise ecosystems (ERP, CRM, HCM, ITSM).
• Knowledge of AI concepts including prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Must be based in the Central or Eastern United States.

Nice to have

• BA/BS degree, preferably in Computer Science.
• Experience with object-oriented programming and scripting.
• Familiarity with web technologies such as JSON, XML, HTTP, and GraphQL.
