What you will do

  • Own the full sales pipeline from identification and research to closing high-potential accounts.
  • Execute a structured sales process using methodologies like MEDDPICC to ensure predictable outcomes.
  • Engage with founders, CEOs, and technical leaders to articulate the business impact of security compliance.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to specific customer goals and technical needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with SDR, marketing, legal, and Solutions Engineering teams to win deals.
  • Contribute to team playbooks, messaging, and outbound best practices to sharpen sales performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of closing experience in a quota-carrying role.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, specifically within SMB and Mid-Market segments.
  • Technical competency to understand software products and build relationships with technical stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to operate with autonomy in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • Curiosity and willingness to responsibly apply AI tools to improve efficiency and impact.
