What you will do
- Own the full sales pipeline from identification and research to closing high-potential accounts.
- Execute a structured sales process using methodologies like MEDDPICC to ensure predictable outcomes.
- Engage with founders, CEOs, and technical leaders to articulate the business impact of security compliance.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to specific customer goals and technical needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with SDR, marketing, legal, and Solutions Engineering teams to win deals.
- Contribute to team playbooks, messaging, and outbound best practices to sharpen sales performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of closing experience in a quota-carrying role.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, specifically within SMB and Mid-Market segments.
- Technical competency to understand software products and build relationships with technical stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to operate with autonomy in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Curiosity and willingness to responsibly apply AI tools to improve efficiency and impact.
