What you will do

  • Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing and activation for enterprise clients.
  • Navigate complex organizational structures and engage directly with C-suite executives and technical leadership.
  • Develop and execute strategies for product demonstrations and deal closure.
  • Analyze customer technical pain points to qualify and deploy AI solutions effectively.
  • Provide critical product feedback to engineering and product teams to influence the development roadmap.
  • Generate pipeline and revenue while helping scale the technical sales organization.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the DACH region.
  • Proven track record of success selling deeply technical products to enterprise customers.
  • Technical background as a software engineer, sales engineer, or forward-deployed engineer, or exceptional ability to master complex technical concepts.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced, and high-intensity environments.
  • Demonstrated grit and a results-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

  • Experience as a startup founder.
  • History of closing large, complex enterprise software deals.
  • Background in computer science or previous experience in engineering roles.
