What you will do
- Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing and activation for enterprise clients.
- Navigate complex organizational structures and engage directly with C-suite executives and technical leadership.
- Develop and execute strategies for product demonstrations and deal closure.
- Analyze customer technical pain points to qualify and deploy AI solutions effectively.
- Provide critical product feedback to engineering and product teams to influence the development roadmap.
- Generate pipeline and revenue while helping scale the technical sales organization.
Requirements
- Must be based in the DACH region.
- Proven track record of success selling deeply technical products to enterprise customers.
- Technical background as a software engineer, sales engineer, or forward-deployed engineer, or exceptional ability to master complex technical concepts.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced, and high-intensity environments.
- Demonstrated grit and a results-oriented mindset.
Nice to have
- Experience as a startup founder.
- History of closing large, complex enterprise software deals.
- Background in computer science or previous experience in engineering roles.
