What you will do

  • Recruit, develop, and lead a team of 5-7 strategic sales representatives.
  • Develop and execute business plans to overachieve quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Manage the full sales ecosystem from lead generation through closing.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine and execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Mentor and develop future sales leaders within the organization.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the Midwest, United States.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading strategic sales teams.
  • Proven track record of annual sales overachievement.
  • Experience leading teams selling through security channel partners.
  • Background in SaaS sales, specifically cloud, logs, metrics, IT operations, or security.
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles and selling to Fortune 1000 enterprises.
  • Proficiency in the MEDDIC sales methodology.

Nice to have

  • Background in Cloud, Security, or Machine Learning.
