What you will do

• Define positioning and messaging for Financial Services products based on deep customer and competitive insights.
• Own end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategy for major product and feature launches from execution to measurement.
• Partner with Product, Data, Sales, and Marketing teams to align strategy and influence product roadmaps.
• Utilize data and analytics to identify growth opportunities across the funnel and optimize GTM strategy.
• Design and implement AI-driven approaches to improve research, segmentation, and messaging.
• Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across multiple regions to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, strategy, consulting, or finance.
• Required industry experience in financial services, fintech, or payments.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience using tools such as SQL and Looker.
• Experience applying AI tools or techniques to enhance GTM strategy, research, or execution.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and drive clarity across teams.
