What you will do

• Define and own the platform roadmap, balancing near-term delivery with long-term strategic investments.
• Conduct structured discovery with clients and internal teams to identify needs and validate platform direction.
• Manage the platform backlog, writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering.
• Partner with engineering leadership to define non-functional requirements like performance, security, and uptime.
• Triage escalated support issues and maintain implementation-readiness documentation.
• Represent platform strategic needs in business unit planning and track success metrics.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in a Product Manager or related role.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Atlanta, GA.
• Proven track record of roadmap ownership, strategy development, and outcome-based delivery.
• Strong experience with backlog management and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira or equivalent backlog management tools.
• Experience conducting customer discovery and translating insights into actionable product decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience with payment processor integrations or fintech/SaaS platforms.
• Background in public sector or B2B SaaS environments.
