What you will do
- Define and execute the enterprise sales strategy for the Middle East from the ground up.
- Identify and reach high-value prospects using a data-driven approach.
- Manage the full sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and activity tracking in Salesforce.
- Navigate complex multi-stakeholder environments to close transformation-led deals.
- Act as a product expert, demonstrating the value of the AI-powered platform to address unique business challenges.
- Foster long-term partnerships with customers and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise sales experience with a track record of closing complex deals.
- Proven experience in selling sophisticated SaaS across long sales cycles.
- Experience in building or shaping a GTM strategy in a new market.
- Ability to sell at the C-suite level within large, complex organizations.
- Full UAE work rights are required.
- Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and build structure in new environments.
