TL;DR

Client Success Manager (Enterprise Software): Managing and expanding partnerships with enterprise clients to drive adoption, retention, and cross-sell opportunities with an accent on executive relationship management and ROI delivery. Focus on building C-level trust, developing strategic account plans, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction within the Middle East region.

Location: Must be based in Dubai, UAE (Remote work allowed within the country)

A global provider of mission-critical enterprise software support and Agentic AI ERP solutions, specializing in third-party support for Oracle, SAP, and VMware.

What you will do

  • Drive the client lifecycle focusing on retention, cross-selling, and client advocacy.
  • Build and maintain C-level and executive relationships to establish trusted advisor status.
  • Develop strategic account plans, including retention strategies and ROI models.
  • Identify and cultivate cross-sell opportunities within a large portfolio of named clients.
  • Coordinate across executive leadership, sales, service delivery, and marketing teams.
  • Manage accounts across the Middle East, as well as remote accounts in the UK and France.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Consultative Sales, Account Management, or Business Development.
  • Mandatory fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
  • Must be based in Dubai, UAE.
  • Proven experience with Oracle, SAP, and/or Salesforce.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-divisional, and multi-geographical clients.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and Salesforce CRM.

Nice to have

  • French language skills.
  • Proven experience with Social and Digital selling techniques.
