Location: Must be based in Dubai, UAE (Remote work allowed within the country)

What you will do
- Drive the client lifecycle focusing on retention, cross-selling, and client advocacy.
- Build and maintain C-level and executive relationships to establish trusted advisor status.
- Develop strategic account plans, including retention strategies and ROI models.
- Identify and cultivate cross-sell opportunities within a large portfolio of named clients.
- Coordinate across executive leadership, sales, service delivery, and marketing teams.
- Manage accounts across the Middle East, as well as remote accounts in the UK and France.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Consultative Sales, Account Management, or Business Development.
- Mandatory fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Must be based in Dubai, UAE.
- Proven experience with Oracle, SAP, and/or Salesforce.
- Experience managing complex, multi-divisional, and multi-geographical clients.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and Salesforce CRM.
Nice to have
- French language skills.
- Proven experience with Social and Digital selling techniques.
