What you will do

• Develop and execute a strategic business development plan for the UAE market aligned with company objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners across the region to ensure market and vertical coverage.
• Pursue new business opportunities and build relationships with executive-level clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
• Analyze market data to execute effective sales strategies and deliver presentations to potential partners.
• Consistently meet or exceed assigned quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in fire and life safety or a similar industry.
• Proven sales experience in the UAE region, operating from Dubai.
• Strong technical knowledge of fire systems, cloud-based solutions, and IoT.
• Experience managing the entire sales cycle from opportunity identification to closing deals.
• Conversational English and Arabic required.
