What you will do

• Manage the customer lifecycle from onboarding transition through to renewals to promote retention.
• Conduct frequent check-in meetings to ensure smooth software operation and identify potential challenges.
• Drive subscription renewal and expansion processes utilizing prescribed tools and resources.
• Promote awareness of new releases and provide analytics to maximize platform adoption.
• Act as a customer advocate, collaborating with sales and marketing for case studies and expansion opportunities.
• Assist with product setup, configuration, and the delivery of training sessions for users.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UAE.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in business development, account management, or sales.
• Experience in the SaaS or computer software industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask across multiple accounts.
• Degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline is preferred.
