What you will do

• Generate new business through inbound and outbound activities.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement new sales strategies.
• Conduct high-level discovery calls with security executives.
• Articulate the value of hirify.global products and handle objections.
• Utilize phone, email, and SNS channels for market development.

Requirements

• Experience in inside sales or new sales in the IT (SaaS) industry.
• Experience with outbound activities, including cold calling.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets.
• Ability to plan, implement, and reflect on sales activities for improvement.
• Ability to quickly understand and learn new technologies and knowledge.
• Competitive and a collaborative team player.
• Excellent presentation skills (in-person/online).
