What you will do
- Execute outbound calls to qualify leads and set appointments with prospective clients.
- Manage and qualify all inbound inquiries from prospects.
- Articulate the company value proposition and negotiate initial objections.
- Conduct pre- and post-event telephone outreach.
- Maintain accurate records and activity logs within Salesforce.
- Achieve monthly quotas for qualified leads and opportunity conversion.
Requirements
- Must be based in Tokyo, Japan.
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B outbound sales, lead qualification, or inside sales.
- Proven track record of achieving measurable sales goals and appointment targets.
- Experience generating executive-level leads for enterprise-scale companies.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and standard corporate productivity tools.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak articulately and credibly at all organizational levels.
