What you will do
- Manage and coach a team of SDRs to book business and drive pipeline for the GTM team.
- Monitor and analyze key KPIs including calls, emails, and meetings booked.
- Hire, onboard, and provide ongoing training to ensure SDR growth and skill development.
- Define sales strategy and develop the sales process for the regional pod.
- Collaborate with Data, CRM, Field Marketing, and Sales Operations teams.
- Build strong relationships with global GTM sales stakeholders, primarily in the US.
Requirements
- Fluent in Japanese and English.
- Must be based in Tokyo (Onsite).
- 2-3 years of experience in sales development or sales, with 1-2 years in a management role.
- At least 2 years of experience working in B2B SaaS companies.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
- Proven track record in both inbound and outbound lead development.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesloft or similar sales engagement tools.
- Knowledge of the Japanese market.
- Additional language skills.
