What you will do

• Lead facility procurement activities from supplier qualification through performance management and onboarding.
• Develop RFPs, conduct market comparisons, and lead contract awards and dispute resolutions.
• Manage purchase order placement and expedite the delivery of goods and services.
• Drive cost reduction and value optimization initiatives while supporting supplier quality assurance.
• Analyze supplier performance and contract compliance to determine needs for amendments or extensions.
• Sourcing maintenance spare parts across facilities to optimize shared inventory pools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant procurement and supply chain experience.
• Experience in industrial or facility-based environments.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, SAP) and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work in both office and industrial environments (exposure to heat, noise, and odor).

Nice to have

• ISM and/or APICS certification.
• Prior experience leading projects or mentoring team members.
