Salary: $80,000–$100,000 Annually

What you will do

• Analyze Bills of Material (BOM), routings, and demand to generate realistic production schedules.
• Place purchase and work orders while ensuring proper part coding and BOM structure.
• Monitor MRP schedules and communicate potential issues to the Master Planner or Program Manager.
• Collaborate with internal supply chains to optimize workflow and capacity-constrained areas.
• Negotiate pricing and establish new sources based on price history.
• Mentor and train new employees and junior team members on buying and planning processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering with 2+ years of experience, OR an Associate’s degree with 5+ years of experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of materials and requirements planning (MRP) tools.
• Understanding of Continuous Improvement principles.
• Must have access to U.S. export-controlled information.
