Salary: $150,000 – $215,000 + equity

What you will do

• Design analytical tools to evaluate delivery timelines, production capacity, and supply chain constraints.
• Lead the development and execution of production schedules and output targets across programs.
• Create process flow models that simulate production system behavior to align manufacturing output with requirements.
• Establish and monitor key performance metrics and identify decision points to optimize production vs demand.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies across functional organizations.
• Collaborate with supply chain, engineering, and finance teams to ensure overall program alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or business discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in a fast-paced production or startup environment.
• Must be a "U.S. Person" as defined by ITAR regulations.
• 2+ years of experience using Excel, SQL, or Python/R for analysis or modeling dynamic systems.
• 2+ years of experience with Smartsheet or equivalent scheduling tools and critical path tracking.
• Deep experience with Inventory, production, and capacity planning using MRP/ERP systems.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Power BI and discrete-event simulation or modeling tools.
• Strong background in quantitative analysis: statistics, cost–benefit evaluation, and visualization.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Active Top Secret or Top Secret SCI clearance.
