Salary: $151,141–$207,841 per year

What you will do

• Translate functional plans into operational plans and objectives.
• Lead production activities across multiple disciplines or departments, supervising managers and individual contributors.
• Drive the strategy and execution of complex projects spanning multiple organizational areas.
• Manage budgets and ensure execution aligns with financial plans and priorities.
• Lead organizational change initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and external stakeholders on complex cross-functional and customer matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of relevant experience, including substantial managerial or leadership experience.
• Experience managing large teams and complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, best practices, financial planning, and budget management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational change management skills.
• Current security clearance or ability to obtain and maintain one; applicants must meet U.S. Government trade authorization requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience producing satellites and spacecraft components.
• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or Theory of Constraints manufacturing experience.
• Assembly, Integration and Test experience.
• Aerospace and defense, U.S. Department of Defense, or U.S. military background.
• Experience with advanced project management tools and data-driven decision-making.
