Salary: $115,000 – $125,000

What you will do
- Drive end-to-end implementation both internally and externally with client teams.
- Partner with health plan and risk-bearing provider clients to successfully launch products.
- Act as the key liaison between client implementation teams and cross-functional internal teams.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans, monitoring the status of key deliverables.
- Track and report on implementation progress and identify key risks and issues.
- Refine implementation best practices and create a repeatable model and playbook for future customers.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare, specifically working with health plans on implementations.
- High-level technical knowledge to effectively liaise with product, development, and engineering teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for customer-facing roles.
- Demonstrated success in defining and executing implementation project plans.
- Startup-ready mindset with the ability to handle ambiguity and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, and Excel.
