What you will do

• Drive end-to-end implementation both internally and externally with client teams.
• Partner with health plan and risk-bearing provider clients to successfully launch hirify.global products.
• Act as the key liaison between client implementation teams and cross-functional internal teams.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans, monitoring the status of key deliverables.
• Track and report on implementation progress and identify key risks and issues.
• Refine implementation best practices and create a repeatable model and playbook for future customers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare, specifically working with health plans on implementations.
• High-level technical knowledge to effectively liaise with product, development, and engineering teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for customer-facing roles.
• Demonstrated success in defining and executing implementation project plans.
• Startup-ready mindset with the ability to handle ambiguity and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, and Excel.
