Location: Hybrid/Onsite in New York (main preference), Miami, or California (United States); if in California, expectation to relocate to NYC within 6 months.

Compensation: $120K - $200K

What you will do

• Orchestrate end-to-end hiring by defining roles with managers and coordinating external search firms for candidate pipelines.
• Partner with founders to set hiring standards and deliver world-class candidate experiences.
• Own CRM/ATS for data integrity, candidate tracking, and follow-ups.
• Manage high-volume scheduling, interview logistics, and operational execution.
• Optimize hiring processes by identifying bottlenecks and building scalable solutions.

Requirements

• 0–3 years experience: recent top-tier graduate or early-career in VC, high-growth startup, or recruitment agency.
• High agency and self-starter mindset with full ownership.
• Exceptional organizational skills to structure chaotic processes.
• Passion for talent as key to company success.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with crypto/Web3 and communicating with technical teams.
• Experience at top VC or startup accelerator like Y Combinator.
• High-intensity projects in operations or HR.
