What you will do

• Serve as the primary commercial business partner for the Strategic Alliance team.
• Represent hirify.global in external governance bodies and defend strategic interests.
• Assess partner marketing plans and provide commercial guidance across priority global geographies.
• Co-own long-range planning and P&L accountability for the partnership.
• Triangulate data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, finance, regulatory, and medical teams.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive experience in strategy, commercial, and operational leadership.
• Significant experience in the aesthetics market (toxins, fillers, injectables).
• Proven ability to develop business cases and interpret financial analyses.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Advanced degree in Business, Economics, or Life Sciences; MBA preferred.
• Ability to operate effectively within complex matrix environments.
