Non-Executive CEO

Work mode: Hybrid, flexible engagement model, competitive compensation, opportunity to shape strategy for a fast-growing regulated fintech.
We are hiring a Non-Executive CEO to provide independent strategic oversight and governance guidance for a licensed EMI and principal Visa/Mastercard member operating across the EU and UK.
You will advise on corporate strategy, regulatory expectations, and stakeholder engagement while supporting executive leadership without operational responsibilities.
The ideal candidate has proven board-level or senior leadership roles \- CEO/Board Member/Non-Executive Director (NED) or equivalent executive role, experience in fintech/payments, strong governance expertise, and ability to provide objective strategic direction.
