What you will do

• Lead the vision, strategy, and execution plan for the Neuroscience Business Unit to achieve sustainable growth.
• Drive commercial excellence by shaping value propositions and utilizing market insights to identify opportunities.
• Build, develop, and inspire high-performing sales and marketing teams through coaching and capability development.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment across medical, market access, corporate affairs, and finance departments.

• Uphold ethical standards and patient-centric approaches in all commercial decision-making.

Requirements

• Life sciences degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• At least 5 years in senior commercial leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of the UK healthcare environment and commercial models.
• Proven track record in strategy development, team leadership, and P&L management.
• Advanced competence in marketing, sales, and market access with strong financial acumen.
