What you will do

• Act as the public face and spokesperson, hosting events and leading member communications.
• Design the end-to-end member journey and engagement frameworks to achieve high NPS.
• Drive growth by acquiring the first 50 members within 90 days and designing a scalable growth engine.
• Build and manage a high-quality deal flow pipeline, including sourcing, screening, and due diligence.
• Own business operations, including P&L management, tech stack selection, and day-to-day discipline.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience with a track record of building exceptional companies, communities, or products from scratch.
• Direct experience in building and scaling paid communities.
• Compelling communication skills with comfort on stage and on camera.
• Operational excellence in turning chaos into systems, prioritization, and automation.
• Natural leadership personality (Dominance-Influence) with a relentless drive to execute.
