What you will do
- Drive China market entry from strategy to execution, including office setup, vendors, and operating structure
- Build and execute hiring plans: source, engage, and close high-caliber talent
- Support fundraising: prepare materials, coordinate investor conversations, and follow through
- Drive external positioning via PR, partnerships, and key relationships
- Turn ambiguous ideas into clear plans and ensure execution
- Act as central operator: track priorities, resolve bottlenecks, and push progress across teams
Requirements
- Background in consulting (MBB), top-tier VC, startups, or high-performance operating roles
- Strong generalist skills across strategy, hiring, operations, and execution
- High agency: operate independently without instructions in ambiguity
- Strong judgment for prioritization and decisions with incomplete information
- Clear, concise communication with senior stakeholders and external partners
- High reliability: consistently follow through and deliver
- Comfortable in fast-moving, high-ambiguity environment
