TL;DR

Senior Content Strategy & Operations Manager (Insurtech): Designing and owning the content infrastructure and operational systems to scale high-quality B2B content with an accent on editorial governance, website optimization, and performance measurement. Focus on building a scalable content operating model, optimizing the corporate website for enterprise buyers, and establishing data-driven reporting frameworks.

Location: Must be based in the US or have a transferable US visa

Salary: $175,000 – $200,000 base + bonus + equity

What you will do

  • Design the content operating model, including editorial calendars, workflows, taxonomy, and governance.
  • Develop playbooks, guides, and thought leadership to drive customer adoption and navigate change management.
  • Own the company website as a validation asset, driving information architecture, page content, and ongoing optimization.
  • Establish reporting infrastructure to measure content performance and determine future investments.
  • Systematize the creation of executive-caliber case studies and outcome narratives for sales and CS teams.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of experience in content marketing, strategy, or operations with experience owning systems.
  • Proven track record of building content infrastructure in an enterprise B2B environment.
  • Hands-on experience managing a company website, including IA and CMS optimization.
  • Analytical fluency and the ability to build dashboards and translate data into strategic recommendations.
  • Strong editorial judgment with an instinct for building systems that scale quality.
  • Must be based in the US or have a transferable US visa.

Nice to have

  • Experience in complex, regulated industries such as insurance, healthcare, legal, or banking.
  • Background in marketing AI or ML products to non-technical buyers.
  • Comfort with Figma and familiarity with SEO & AEO best practices.
  • Experience transitioning a brand from a startup feel to enterprise-grade.
