What you will do

• Build and execute HubSpot emails for newsletters, product launches, promotions, and distributor co-marketing.
• Develop advanced smart lists and personalization strategies based on personas, industry, and engagement behavior.
• Track and analyze email performance metrics using HubSpot and GA4 to measure funnel and revenue impact.
• Design and optimize complex automation workflows for nurture, onboarding, and re-engagement programs.
• Conduct A/B testing and leverage AI tools to optimize subject lines, send timing, and cadence.
• Ensure strict compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and CASL regulations across global markets.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience executing email marketing programs in HubSpot Marketing Hub.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong understanding of email attribution, funnel impact, and performance metrics.
• Proven ability to build segmented audiences and automated workflows.
• Rigorous QA mindset with high attention to detail and mobile responsiveness.

• Experience with multi-language emails or EMEA localization.
