What you will do

• Lead the development and commercialization of MEMS-based inertial measurement units from concept to application.
• Perform complex error modeling and simulation studies to enhance aided-Inertial Navigation Systems.
• Explore new capabilities for MEMS technologies within high-impact vehicle dynamic and vibration testing environments.
• Design and optimize sophisticated positioning and pointing algorithms for real-time and post-processing software suites.
• Collaborate with product teams to define requirements and deliver high-precision solutions for global surveying and sensing.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Electrical, Computer, or Aerospace Engineering with a focus on navigation or sensor technologies.
• Proven expertise in C/C++, Java, Matlab, and Python for complex algorithm and software development.
• Deep technical knowledge of MEMS inertial sensors and their integration into Machine Control systems.
• Experience working in agile environments using Git and Atlassian tools.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with rate tables and advanced lab instrumentation for sensor characterization.
• Success in system-level integration for mobile mapping or direct georeferencing solutions.
