What you will do

• Create technical execution roadmaps across engineering teams to align features and dependencies.
• Manage and optimize the development and integration of the current hardware platform for scalability.
• Define schedules, milestones, and resource allocation to meet program objectives.
• Collaborate with Hardware, Software, systems, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Prioritize and resolve risks, issues, and barriers to move programs forward.
• Develop tools and processes to improve manufacturing productivity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar technical field.
• Experience in the automotive or trucking industry.
• Experience in a startup environment managing hardware projects towards manufacturing at scale.
• Expertise in project management tools such as Linear, JIRA, Smartsheet, or LucidChart.
• Physical presence in the Mountain View, CA office is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with hardware programs specifically for autonomous vehicles.
