Salary: $205,000 – $284,000 per year

What you will do

• Translate corporate strategy into detailed technical roadmaps and actionable deliverables.
• Influence cross-functional decisions across engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams.
• Establish reporting standards to communicate program status, risks, and performance metrics.
• Define and track KPIs to measure progress toward vehicle platform milestones.
• Ensure alignment between program goals and business objectives while maintaining team momentum.
• Maintain deep technical understanding of vehicle platforms, software lifecycles, and safety clearance processes.

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in engineering, program management, or management consulting with a focus on product launches.
• Proven success in driving complex SW/HW integration processes and leading cross-functional programs.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, and risk matrix development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to visualize complex data.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Foster City, CA.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with autonomous vehicles, robotics, simulation, or automotive/aerospace processes.
• Background in scaling strategy, procedures, and handling technical escalations.
