hirify.global is developing the first ground-up, fully autonomous vehicle fleet and supporting ecosystem for urban mobility at the intersection of robotics, machine learning, and design.

What you will do

• Translate top-down corporate strategy and milestones into detailed technical roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables.
• Influence key decisions cross-functionally across engineering, product, operations, and strategy to ensure cohesive structure.
• Establish standard reports to communicate program status, issues, risks, and accomplishments to key stakeholders.
• Define, develop, and track new KPIs to measure progress toward goals.
• Ensure program goals align with business objectives and maintain momentum among cross-functional workstreams.
• Maintain a deep technical understanding of vehicle platforms, software lifecycles, and safety clearance processes.

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering, program management, or management consulting focused on product development.
• Proven success leading complex cross-functional technical programs from start to finish.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and enable teams to perform in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Jira for structuring and tracking program plans.

Nice to have

• Experience with autonomous vehicles or other complex, safety-critical systems.
• Experience developing and scaling engineering or operational processes from scratch.
• Experience working in a high-growth company environment.
• Experience using Gen AI tools for program management, dashboarding, and scripting.
