TL;DR

Reseller Account Manager, L2 (WordPress): Managing and growing agency accounts to drive revenue and ensure client value with an accent on consultative sales and territory management. Focus on identifying growth opportunities, maintaining strong agency relationships, and consistently exceeding monthly revenue quotas.

Location: Hybrid (Austin, TX or Omaha, NE). Weekly in-office attendance on Tuesdays and Thursdays is required.

Salary: $55,000 base, $55,000 variable, $110,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Manage a client portfolio and conduct regular account reviews to ensure maximum value derivation.
  • Develop growth strategies to expand the book of business in line with the North American financial plan.
  • Build and close pipelines to consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue quotas.
  • Collaborate with the solution engineering team to ensure the best technical fit for client needs.
  • Forecast business accurately and provide timely deal updates using Salesforce.com.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of direct sales experience with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding individual quotas.
  • Proven ability to lead a portfolio of partners to drive month-over-month growth.
  • Experience using a consultative approach to uncover customer needs and match appropriate solutions.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or Salesforce CRM.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Austin, TX or Omaha, NE offices.
