TL;DR
Senior Customer Success Manager (Adtech): Managing a portfolio of Enterprise customers in North America to drive value, retention, and growth with an accent on technical solution design and product adoption. Focus on translating complex business objectives into technical roadmaps and leveraging data storytelling to showcase platform impact.
Location: Must be based in New York City or San Francisco (Hybrid: 3 days per week in-office)
Salary: $165,000 – $180,000 OTE

What you will do
- Drive customer outcomes and product adoption for Enterprise accounts to improve Gross and Net Revenue Retention.
- Develop and maintain long-term technical roadmaps, translating business goals into project deliverables and milestones.
- Lead solution design for complex use cases, scoping custom integrations and configurations with Product and Engineering teams.
- Conduct Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) using data storytelling to communicate value to senior stakeholders.
- Identify growth opportunities and Customer Success Qualified Leads (CSQLs) to support account expansion.
- Mentor other CSMs by sharing best practices and coaching new hires to scale team impact.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or a technical client-facing SaaS role.
- Background in mobile, ad tech, or martech industries.
- Hands-on experience with data analysis and BI tools such as SQL, Athena, BigQuery, or Looker.
- Proven ability to manage complex Enterprise relationships and execute technical project plans.
- Must be based in New York or San Francisco for the required hybrid office presence.
- Proficiency in using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to optimize customer-facing workflows.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, SQL, and experience working with SDKs and APIs.
- Experience leading product beta programs and developing repeatable rollout playbooks.
- Deep industry expertise in attribution, data integrations, or omnichannel digital advertising.
