What you will do
- Develop and execute regional field marketing strategies aligned with annual revenue goals and sales priorities.
- Partner with senior Sales leadership to influence territory planning and account engagement strategies.
- Design and deliver integrated programs including executive roundtables, trade shows, roadshows, and account-based initiatives.
- Own end-to-end program strategy, including budgeting, vendor negotiation, and post-program optimization.
- Translate core brand and product strategy into compelling regional campaigns and executive experiences.
- Deliver executive-level reporting on program performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in field marketing or demand generation within B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
- Must be based in the USA (NY, Detroit, CA, or CO areas).
- Proven success in driving pipeline through multi-channel and account-based marketing (ABM) programs.
- Advanced proficiency with Marketo, Salesforce, Wrike, and Tableau.
- Ability to travel 20–30% for executive-level events and strategic initiatives.
- Experience in the Banking and Financial Services industry is highly desired.
