What you will do

• Own the global GSI program end-to-end, with focused investment in key strategic partner firms.
• Drive day-to-day co-selling between hirify.global and GSI field teams.
• Build practice enablement programs for GSI architects, delivery consultants, and practice leads.
• Develop executive-level relationships with managing directors at target GSI firms to create strategic alignment.
• Strategically leverage co-sell programs and partner incentives to drive net new pipeline.
• Define and track key health metrics, including influenced pipeline and partner-sourced revenue.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of how GSIs build and monetize practices and align them with software growth goals.
• Proven track record managing named GSI partnerships (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, Cognizant, or Capgemini).
• Ability to integrate GTM strategies into a GSI's existing practice motion.
• Experience engaging at the MD and executive level while maintaining internal sales team buy-in.
• Experience building enablement content for technical and delivery teams.
• Must be based in the United States.
