What you will do

• Define roadmaps and establish flows, procedures, and equipment configurations for new technology processes.
• Select and develop materials and equipment to meet quality, yield, reliability, and cost requirements.
• Conduct experiments to characterize the process and drive improvements in stability and productivity.
• Establish process control systems and sustain the module through volume ramps.
• Develop strategies to resolve complex technical problems using statistical tools.
• Transfer processes to high-volume manufacturing and support new factory start-ups.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical, or related STEM field.
• Experience: 8+ years (BS), 6+ years (MS), or 2+ years (PhD).
• 3+ years of Semiconductor Engineering experience.
• 6+ months of foundry experience.
• 6+ months experience supporting high-volume manufacturing ramps and technology transfers.
• Ability to work on day or night shifts as an on-shift engineer (OSE).

Nice to have

• Previous experience as a technician or engineer in a semiconductor factory.
• Expertise in statistics and experimental design (DOE) for tool matching and qualification.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
